3.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • You will retain access to your saved content and data
  • Your account will revert to the free plan features

3.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund due to technical issues or billing errors, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
